Crista is a scaling strategist and operations alchemist and founder of Lean Out Method® and Strategic Ops Institute™. 

She has spent more than 3 decades helping businesses scale in simple and sustainable ways and adopt lean and agile ways of working - from the largest Fortune 50 companies in the world to small businesses. 

She specializes in elevating right-hand leaders to be Strategy and Operations Leaders (SOLs) and getting the founder out of the day to day operations.

She certifies right hands in her proprietary and proven Lean Scaling System™ which she developed to fill the gap in the market for businesses scaling through the messy middle of multi-6 to multi-7 and 8 figures. 

About Jessica D. Maine, Strategic Ops Institute's CSOO

Jessica is the Chief Strategy and Operating Officer (CSOO) of Strategic Ops Institute and is a Lean Scaling System mentor to those going through the training and certification process.

She is a seasoned strategist, coach, and consultant who has a passion for optimization, empowerment, and sustainable growth. She brings a human-first approach to every operational engagement. 

With over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, management, and consulting across various industries, she has a deep understanding of the driving forces behind success and the cultivation of authentic professional relationships. She believes that the key lies in connecting genuinely with the people you serve through effective communication and a profound comprehension of their needs.
